What is Healthy Age?

Healthy Age is a research network subsidized by the Consejo Superior de Deportes of the Spanish Government, which coordinates a committee of multidisciplinary experts belonging to different research groups from national and international universities, concerned with the promotion of and research into active aging, physical exercise and health.

Our mission

Research through coordinated projects between the different research groups, to promote an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as the development of actions for the promotion of healthy aging in the Spanish population. We seek to transfer knowledge and generate economic benefits (reducing health care costs) and psychosocial benefits in people.
